1. Exchange Policy
- We happily offer exchanges for eligible products.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Exchanges are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
2. Return Policy (Store Credit Only)
- We do not issue refunds back to your original payment method.
All approved returns are refunded only in the form of Store Credit or a Discount Voucher (Barcode). - When you return a product:
You will receive ONE of the following:
- A. Store Wallet Credit
- The returned product value will be added to your Store Wallet on our website.
- This store credit can be used on any future purchase.
- Store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise or.
- B. Discount Voucher (Barcode)
- You will receive a unique discount voucher barcode via email.
- This voucher will match the value of the returned product.
- You can apply this barcode at checkout on your next purchase.
3. No Direct Cash Refunds
- Money will not be transferred back to your bank account, UPI, card, or any original payment method.
- All returns strictly convert into store credit or voucher.
4. Conditions for Return
- To be eligible for return:
- Product must be returned within 7 days.
- Product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging with all tags
- Receipt or order number is required for verification.
- We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
5. Return Process
- Submit a return request through our Return Portal / Contact Support.Return the product to the address provided or follow pickup instructions.After inspection, your store credit or voucher barcode will be issued within 2 working days.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable:
- Innerwear
- Cosmetics
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or final-sale products
7. Store Credit / Voucher Usage
- Store credit or voucher can be used only on our official website.
- It cannot be redeemed for cash.
- If your order value exceeds the credit amount, you can pay the balance using any payment method.
8. Fraud & Misuse Protection
- If a product is returned in used or damaged condition, or if the return request appears fraudulent, we may:
- Reject the return
- Cancel issued credit
- Restrict future returns
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
