Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, We do not offer COD.

Can I return or exchange my order?

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
We’re a small brand and working towards minimizing logistic overhead.
So please make sure to:

  • Check the size chart before ordering
  • Confirm the correct product and quantity before checkout

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We're so sorry if this happens!

Please do the following:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos and videos of the product and the packaging when you open it.
  3. We’ll investigate and arrange the appropriate next steps (refund or replacement)
Can I change the address or size after placing the order?

We can help — only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If your order status still says Confirmed, reach out to us ASAP.

Once it’s Packed or Shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes.
