You’ve placed your order — now let’s help you track it. With just your Order ID and Email or Phone Number, you can get real-time updates on where your Rayred package is.

How to Track Your Order?

You will receive a link on both your registered email and WhatsApp. You can track your order using that link.

Once done, you’ll see:

  • Order Status (Confirmed / Packed / Shipped / Out for Delivery / Delivered)
  • Courier Partner Details
  • Live Tracking Link
  • Estimated Delivery Date

Didn’t receive a confirmation?

No worries — this happens sometimes due to technical delays or incorrect info. If you haven’t received a confirmation within a few hours:

We’ll manually verify your order and get back to you.

When will my order be delivered?

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 working days.
  • Once shipped, the package will typically arrive within 4–6 business days, depending on your pin code and local delivery logistics.
  • You’ll receive regular SMS/email updates once your package is in transit.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand — things change.

  • Orders can be cancelled or edited ONLY before they are shipped.
  • Once your status shows “Packed” or “Shipped,” changes or cancellations are not possible.

So if you’ve made a mistake in the size/address, reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or Email.

Status and What it means?

Confirmed

  • We’ve received your order and are processing it

Packed

  • Your item has been packed and is ready for shipment

Shipped

  • It’s on the way to your address

Out for Delivery

  • The package is arriving today

Delivered

  • Your parcel has been successfully delivered
