How to Track Your Order?
You will receive a link on both your registered email and WhatsApp. You can track your order using that link.
Once done, you’ll see:
- Order Status (Confirmed / Packed / Shipped / Out for Delivery / Delivered)
- Courier Partner Details
- Live Tracking Link
- Estimated Delivery Date
Didn’t receive a confirmation?
No worries — this happens sometimes due to technical delays or incorrect info. If you haven’t received a confirmation within a few hours:

We’ll manually verify your order and get back to you.
When will my order be delivered?
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–3 working days.
- Once shipped, the package will typically arrive within 4–6 business days, depending on your pin code and local delivery logistics.
- You’ll receive regular SMS/email updates once your package is in transit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand — things change.
- Orders can be cancelled or edited ONLY before they are shipped.
- Once your status shows “Packed” or “Shipped,” changes or cancellations are not possible.
So if you’ve made a mistake in the size/address, reach out to us immediately via WhatsApp or Email.

Confirmed
- We’ve received your order and are processing it
Packed
- Your item has been packed and is ready for shipment
Shipped
- It’s on the way to your address
Out for Delivery
- The package is arriving today
Delivered
- Your parcel has been successfully delivered
